Udobna kuća sa bazenom smještena je u podnožju srednjovjekovnog grada Motovuna, u blizini rijeke Mirne. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana.
