This house is built on the sand. Closer to the beach you cannot get. It has excellent views of the coastline. Sit on the deck and watch the dolphins swim by. It's located within a security village with controlled access. There are a lot of amenities in the vicinity, but you don't have to venture out to enjoy your vacation. Your children can play in the sand or ride their bicycles in the street in a safe environment. The house offers an indoor braai and stacking doors to open up the living space.

We are situated on the front row on the Blue Flag Glentana Beach with amazing views of the bay all the way to Mossel Bay. We are 10 minutes from the George Airport and in the heart of the Garden Route paradise. We are close to George golf club, Oubaai and Fancourt. Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Oudsthoorn are all a day trip drive away. All 5 bedrooms are Sea Facing and all are en suite. Very easy to access, and conveniently situated right on the N2 (national highway). Surrounded by pristine beaches, nature reserves, hiking trails, and countless adventure activities.

This double story home has a kitchen and living area below with a huge loft bedroom, full en-suite bathroom above. Sliding doors lead you to a wooden deck overlooking the bay. There is safe private parking enclosed with electric gates. The clients will have the place to themselves and will be able to use a lockbox to get the keys out. The owners are on hand should they prefer personal assistance.
