Our mini studio apartment is located in the historic old medieval town of Mošćenice. It is placed at ground floor of the small three floor stone house and it has 15 m2. In front of the apartment there is a small sitting area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach is reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

The apartment is 500 meter from the first beach. Decorated in industrial style with all technical equipment. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also enough far away to live in harmony with natur.
