Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

L'Arcade Douce

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.

Small but cute, located in the heart of Cote de Neiges near the mountain (Mount Royal) It is a 10 min walk to Cote des Neiges village with plenty of great shops also a 10 min walk for Cote des Neiges metro on the blue line and a 7 minute bus ride to Guy metro green line . Bus stop 1 minute away. Located on a beautiful street , many trees and a very safe area. Parking limited if there is no more spaces left there is plenty of free street parking
