Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, yet only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa. All the conveniences of town with great shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment includes, air conditioning, fast fiber optic wifi, backup Starlink, hot water shower, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and secure on-site parking. There is also a large, shared saltwater pool for all guests to enjoy. Adults only (18+), not suitable for children.

Villa Amapola is 1 of 4 villas onsite. With 2 bedrooms and a queen sized bed in one room and a queen and single bed in the other, it sleeps up to 5 comfy. Full kitchen, living room, tv, ac, wifi, balcony and back deck with hammock and beautiful view. Just a few min walk to the best surf. We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages. We are pet friendly and offer laundry service for a fee

Lovely studio - Great food & surf on the doorstep!

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.
