The dock & steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available subject to river flow. This usually requires they be removed in October - April/early May, when flow increases. Haven in the Woods is a short drive from wine tasting rooms and a MacKenzie Northwood Golf Club. Note: Must climb stairs to the house and we do not have a TV (though have strong internet). The Shelter Co. Shack - Luxury Cabin on the River

This turn of the century cabin is located in arguably the best neighborhood on the Russian River with direct river access via a seasonal dock and a neighborhood sandy beach. We fully renovated the cabin in 2018 and everything is thoughtfully curated and high end. It's the perfect vacation spot for families, groups of friends and company off sites. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying this beautiful part of Northern California.

Serene Russian River retreat in the Northwood neighborhood, close to the golf course and surrounded by a 1200 sq ft Redwood deck. Watch the hummingbirds and sip your glass of wine while you sit by the fire and explore the heart of the Russian River. This is a family-friendly home, and to keep it that way, we trust that you will clean up after your children accordingly. If not, we will need to charge additional cleaning fees.
