The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

The best of both worlds!! This home is 9 mi. from historic Hermann. Hermann has several wineries, shops & restaurants. The Gasconade River, near the MO River, is just at the end of the block. Great boating, fishing & swimming. Easy boat ramp access & parking. The Union Pacific RR crosses the river & N. side of town. Gasconade is a small quiet town except for the occasional train going by. After a long day of exploring the area. Relax by the gas firepit or snuggle up on the large leather sofa.

A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

The pictures do not do this place justice. This home is a beautiful wood faced home near Linn, Mo out in the middle of the country, but not too far from town. When walking in, you are greeted by a majestic living room with huge ceilings and a big moose overlooking the living room. There is ample space for seating in the living room as well as the dining room. The beautiful kitchen has all the pots, pans, and utensils you could need to cook your meals. All rooms are warm and cozy.
