Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

Zde se také nachází nákupní centrum DBK Budějovická s výběrem obchodů. 3 minuty od apartmánů se nachází supermarket a restaurace. Parkování je před domem ZDARMA o víkendu (od pátku 20:00 do pondělí 8:00), ostatní dny je za 20 Kč/hodina a v noci vždy ZDARMA (od 20:00 do 8:00)
