Peseytumistiloissa on IKI-kiukaan puukiuas ja vesipata, lisäksi suihku. Yksi makuuhuoneista on alakerrassa ja kaksi yläkerrassa. Yläkerran toinen makuuhuone on parvekkeellinen. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.
