Your private space & bath are just inside the front door & you are literally 6 level steps from your car. The space includes a kitchen, sitting area & bedroom area with plenty of natural light. My shady front yard has a bench & swing & there is a beautiful park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. Set in a quiet neighborhood on a large lot central to historic Downtown Liberty and the attractions of Kansas City, this home overlooks the beautiful Jones No. 97 distillery pond. Featuring wood floors with open living/dining space, everything needed is on a single level, although there are steps to access the house. Private basement may be accessed by owner via outside entrance for brief maintenance purposes.

We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful space in the valley where a rooster crow is all you hear in the morning. Have coffee on the dock while feeding koi in the koi pond! Off the beating path of traffic. Short drive to I 435 and I 35. About a half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake!
