Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

We have WIFI, 2 TV's Roku on both TVs, a Bose Radio with CD's, a DVD player with movies. We have a Coffee Station with Keurig & pods, a Mr Coffee with a coffee grinder. Completely equipped Kitchen. This home is one of three located on Greenbrier lake, a small 15 acre lake with plenty of wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back covered deck. Feel free to fish along the bank or from kayaks/john boat provided! Nights can be spent enjoying a dip in the hot tub or around the fire pit at the water's edge. The perfect relaxation getaway!
