Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located historic apartment in Downtown Erie, nestled above Erie's Best Coffee Shop! This has had all the modern updates, features vibrant decor, local art, a color changing electric fireplace and free parking lot.
