Downstairs has a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/living area with sofa bed and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Delightful 1850s detached cottage set in idyllic protected woodland on edge of Torphins village. The village has a pub, cafe, chinese takeaway and Scot Mid grocery store. There is a doctor, veterinary surgery, charity shop, golf club and excellent on the doorstep adventure for all levels. Torphins is ideally located between Deeside and Donside for access to the fishing and hunting with Cairngorm national park also within 10 minutes drive.

Holmhead cottage: Enchanting 200 year old cosy cottage set in approx. 2 acres of its own grounds, located in the heart of Royal Deeside, a tranquil and peaceful setting, near woods and pine trees. A home away from home! It has been in my family for generations and we have finally decided to open it's doors for holiday lets. There's photos of my great great Granny on the walls, it's a cosy cottage with tons of history, an absolute gem!

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Relax at our well-equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom Cottage, overlooking a fantastic views of Morven and the Cairngorm National Park in the heart of Royal Deeside. A great place for walks and cycle routes. For the more adventurist cyclist we have Aberdeenshire's only purpose built Mountain Bike Trail Center, only a short ride away. In the nearby village of Tarland,there is a 9-hole course for the golf enthusiast.

Just a stone throw away from the river Don and the 300 yold Poldullie bridge also central to whisky trails & castles. Two well-behaved dogs welcome by request. please note we are adults only.
