This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

Located only a mile from the public beach and boat launch at Charles Mill Lake and 20 minutes to Mohican State Park.

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed.
