There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

Located in the country 5 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes from downtown Courtenay, 20 minutes from Mt. Washington and 5 minutes from Seal Bay Park.

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The Cottage on Greenwood is an ideal spot for that weekend getaway you didn't know you needed. Ideally situated on the border of Courtenay and Comox, you can enjoy a small town feel while being a stone's throw away from all your needed amenities.This lovely cedar clad building is a stand alone unit offering complete privacy including a private deck overlooking the tree lined property. Newly renovated, the space provides the feeling of a true cottage but with modern touches.

The Barn on Rennie

A luxuriously finished barn-style guest house. It is located on our 4 acre property in a popular rural neighbourhood near ocean, biking and skiing. The Barn is a single unit house which is located 240 feet from our home on the property with it's own patio and small yard. Although we allow 6 guests, the Barn is best suited for a max of 2 couples or a family group (not 6 adults).
