Step back in time at this quiet, 1779, rural Farmstead. View our lovely and diverse gardens, wander the field, or walk the wooded trails. (Snowshoe or nordic ski in the winter). Meal prep in our rustic 3-season kitchen, or enjoy our favorite local restaurants (as close as 5 min. away by car). We can be a destination, a home base for vacationers eager to explore nearby attractions, or a temporary home to business travelers. A multi-generational family, we welcome guests from all walks of life.

Kolelemook Cottage!

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s on a small 32-acre pond in New Hampshire. It is truly heaven on earth. There is over 100 feet of direct waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! Most people catch and release, but please follow NH fishing laws: 16+ needs a license. The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill.
