Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their toddler, who work full-time and spend their free time diving. You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom.
