This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

Use the Wi-fi to stay connected or unplug and enjoy the serenity and quiet. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
