Our terraced house offers a cosy get- away to the stunning North-Norfolk coastline as the property is 15 mins drive away from Cley-Next-The-Sea. This is the perfect place to base yourself out of to paddleboard, surf or kayak or enjoy the local wildlife.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. Beautiful three bedroom barn conversion.

Harold’s Barn opened in May 2022. It is located in the former farmyard in Briningham and was once a potato barn! Harold's Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs. The barn has been restored sympathetically and while retaining lots of it's original features on the outside it has a modern and very spacious feel on the inside. The barn has amazing views across the valley, a private garden and private, plentiful, off road parking.

The Tin Train

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

Traditional steep, twisted stairs add character but may challenge guests with mobility issues. With parking, gardens and direct field access, plus a pub 100 m away and the Norfolk coast nearby, it’s an ideal place to unwind.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
