The farmhouse is 300 years old situated in a working sheep, cattle,and handicrafts farm. Strictly no parties or loud music or Pets allowed. The house is recently renovated where we have exposed the natural stone walls while included modern conveniences. We have a wood burning stove plus electric heating, in the heart of the Boyne Valley with stunning views of Newgrange which is older than the pyramids a must see if you are in Ireland. Peaceful cabin retreat on animal sanctuary

The cabin is situated at our home and small self funded vegan/vegetarian sanctuary on a hill, nestled in its own small wild nature garden and developing food forest of fruit, nuts and wild edibles. We have developed our whole site into a track system or otherwise known as Paradise paddock. Meet some of our rescue animals. Sit by the campfire and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. It's a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Irish Midlands and surrounding counties.

Despite our seclusion, we are just 15 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan.
