What really sets us apart is our stellar location only 12 mi to downtown Eugene, 12 mi to the Eugene airport, nestled in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the serene Fern Ridge Lake, a popular recreational area.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Scenic rivers, lakes, and historic covered bridges are just a few miles away. We are close to several parks, hiking trails through the woods and a free public disc golf course on Dexter lake. Access to ski resorts and winter sports, natural hot springs are an hour away in the breathtaking Cascade mountains. Fully updated for comfort and relaxation.

Orchard Cottage

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 10 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, Netflix, and a cozy pellet stove to keep warm. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

Orchard Alley Guesthouse

Newly restored beautiful two-story 1925 cottage three blocks from the UO campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Hike or bike to nearby Willamette River trails. Flyfish or raft the famous McKenzie River. Day trip 90 minutes to the Oregon coast, two hours to the Cascades or Portland, 60 minutes to Salem, 45 minutes to Corvallis. Free off-street parking.

This quaint cottage provides a cozy stay with all the creature comforts. Wake up to the sound of birds while you relax with your morning coffee or tea on the covered porch or snuggle up with a good book by the fire. Come enjoy the beauty of the country! Guest check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Non-smoking We do not allow large gatherings.

Let the river sing you to sleep in this sweet and brand new little cottage. Our place is within easy walking distance to restaurants and stores for any supplies you may need when you hit the trails. Or, you could just hang out here, cast a fly, launch a raft or enjoy the sounds and sights of the beautiful middle fork of the Willamette River, just being.
