It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.

It is located in the tiny and very quiet village of Gornji Picudo (8km from Umag and 6 km from the nearest beach) surrounded by forests, olive groves and large grass fields. If you like to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday this accommodation is the perfect choice.
