The cosy Cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & TV lounge. Guest parking with private garden and bike storage.

It has a large garden on an upper terrace with spectacular far reaching views of Charmouth & Lyme perfect for alfresco dining, firepits, stargazing & watching the sunset. It's a brilliant base for nature lovers, exploring the Jurassic Coast, beach, wild swimming, fossil hunting & walking holidays or to immerse yourself in nature & escape from daily life. Dog's are welcome

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Carousel Cottage

Carousel Cottage is a cosy, period cottage which comfortably accommodates 4 and is ideal for a small group of friends or a family. This charming cottage is located on a farm in Broadoak, a small peaceful hamlet in the Marshwood vale with many wonderful country walks on the doorstep. From the property, you can see the 2 highest points in Dorset, Pilsdon and Lewesdon. The beach is a short car trip away. Carousel Cottage has a lovely private garden with a grass and patio area.
