Lipa houses & Spa - Kosmaj

Na prostranom placu kod planine Kosmaj (45km od Beograda) - tri kuće za smeštaj i spa centar koji ne delite ni sa kim. Svaka kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe i može smestiti po 5 osoba - sa grejanjem, hlađenjem, Wi - Fi, Netflix, kafe aparat, mašina za sudove.... Na istom placu postoji i kuća koja je Spa centar - izdaje se po satu i dodatno naplaćuje. Ceo plac je ograđen ( pet friendly), a naziv potiče od velike lipe ispod koje su klupe i roštilj. Svaka kuća ima svoj parking prostor na placu.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

Sunny wooden house!

Stone house by the riverside of Danube in the centre of Serbia’s largest Nacional park: Djerdap! Apartman is on the top of the stone house and it looks like a small wooden house. It has a sofa and a double bed, but, they are all in the same room. There is a separated balcony with a beautiful view of the Danube and Golubac Fortress. Wi-fi, TV, and parking are included. There is one more apartment below this one, but they have separate balconies and entrences.
