Traditional Queen - Hotel Charlotte

Relax and enjoy the elegant, rustic charms of the Hotel Charlotte, providing lodging & Old West hospitality conveniently located just 30 minutes to the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Our Traditional Rooms are affordable, quaint and cozy. Each room has a queen bed and private bath. The Hotel Charlotte is a historic hotel and these traditional accommodations are small with limited storage, but they have great character and are a wonderful place to lay down your head after a long day exploring Yosemite!

The Basecamp Bunkhouse - No Cleaning Fees!

The Basecamp Bunkhouse is a 450 sq ft studio that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 visitors with 1 queen-size bed, 5 twin-size bunk beds, and a crib upon request - 3 beds have 150lbs weight limit. The studio features separate, private accessible room for showering away from the toilet and vanity for the ultimate post-adventure relaxation and recovery. It boasts adventure basecamp essentials like a boot dryer, walk-in shower, & a light hiker's breakfast of coffee, tea, granola, fruit and more!

Cedar Room - Yosemite / Bass Lake

The Cedar Room is 1 of our 4 rustic elegant en suite cabin rooms in our Evergreen Haus - Mountain Cabin 'Lodging House'. Our unique business model gives guests a nice mix of an Inn/B&B & cabin rental experience for less than the cost of a hotel room & far less than an actual cabin rental. Each cabin room is rented individually on a nightly basis with shared common areas, exactly like a B&B. What separates us from the rest is that the cabin's full kitchen can be used to cook all meals too.

Uptown Unit 8

Our Uptown Units each have private entrances with nearby parking. Guests can enjoy a clean, well-detailed, comfortable and bright bedroom and bath with quality amenities. With their country-style architecture, these rooms will take you back to the simpler times without compromising today's pleasures. Uptown Unit 8 accommodates up to four guests with two queen beds and private bathroom with shower, and plush towels. Guests can enjoy the serene outdoors with a picnic table in the patio.

Room 101 - Classic Queen

Relax and enjoy the elegant Groveland Hotel, located 26 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. Our Classic Queen rooms are a wonderful retreat for two! These rooms feature a queen bed, a private bathroom, and artistic décor. These non-smoking rooms have a vintage flair, but all of today’s modern conveniences like the in-room Keurig, Mini Fridge, free Wi-Fi access and a Roku TV. Each room offers a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Yosemite.

Little Valley Inn- Sequoia Room

The Sequoia room at Little Valley Inn features an outdoors theme, Ansel Adams' art and is decorated in bold reds and grey. A private outside patio with cushioned seating and shade umbrella await your arrival. This room overlooks a flower garden and towering oak trees. Upgraded with advanced heating and cooling system. Posada Mariana

Private room with king-sized bed on the second floor of an hacienda-style home situated on 25 acres of oak-studded California foothills near the town of Mariposa, approximately 46 miles from Yosemite Valley. Private entrance with en suite bath. Full breakfast included. LGBT friendly. Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, San Francisco and Monterey Peninsula are all within a 2.5 hour drive.

King Mini Suite

The King Mini Suite is a spacious room with a California King Size bed and sleeper sofabed that can easily accommodate a couple with children. Our mini suites, at nearly 520 square feet, are some of the largest rooms in the Yosemite area. Washer & dryer also available on site for a fee.
