Our house is located 45 minutes from downtown Portland on the end of a private road 5 miles to downtown Salem, quick drive to the Oregon coast & accessible to the majestic mountains, lakes, rivers & hiking trails Oregon is famous for! House is beautifully designed with a dry bar, outdoor pizza oven, cozy indoor tent, & office space.

Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Our residence is located in a beautiful wooded area of south Salem with easy access to Interstate 5.
