Très bien situé à 15 min du célèbre Pont du Gard, 20 min des Arènes de Nîmes, 20 min du Dernier Duché de France a Uzes.

Appartement non fumeur (3ème étage sans ascenseur - escalier étroit) calme et confortable. Bel emplacement pour rayonner en centre-ville sur une très jolie place. Monuments et commerces à 2 mn à pieds. Nombreux équipements dont climatisation (dans pièce de vie). Linge de lit et serviettes fournis, ainsi que les rudiments de cuisine. Parking sous-terrain payant à 150m (voir "mon logement"), stationnement gratuit en surface à 200m. Nous habitons le quartier et nous serons dispo si besoin.
