Lovingly renovated and restored in 2019, this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa now offers the perfect mix of modern conveniences and original features.

Charming Boathaven Cottage, originally the home of a Boat builder has been converted into a very spacious and beautifully equipped home with a lovely ambiance. Centrally located in our country garden in Mapua village. A perfect setting for your holiday, easy access to all amenities, explore the National parks, visit Rabbit Island on the Ferry, stroll to the wharf and sample the delights of the restaurants and cafes. Our rate includes wifi, linen and cleaning. No early check ins available.

The Chooks Nook

The Chooks nook has had a make over, now modernised and ready to host again a home away from home. Tucked up in a quiet native garden surrounded by bird song and fruit trees for you to enjoy when in season, and of course our four cheeky chooks. Our seperate, private cottage sits on our 2,250sqm property, with the great taste trail right on our doorstep and the gateway to the Abel Tasman 15 minutes drive away. Why wouldn’t you want to come and see what this amazing place has to offer.

Comfortable to sleep 4 adults plus kids. 2 min drive or a 15 min walk down a quiet track to the Kaiteriteri Beaches, Restaurants and Shop. 15 min drive to the town of Motueka. 15 min drive to Mārahau, the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.
