An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.

It has it's own deck, and offers ocean and bush views, with a short walk to the foreshore, to Whale Bay, and Indicators surf breaks. Relax in my private 2 bedroom spacious unit with sunny decks and bush outlook. You have a completely separate entrance. You can go for a walk to the beach and there is a lovely bush track walk is just up the road. Safety in the time of Covid 19 is key. The day before and after your stay is blocked out so we can clean and sanitize every surface twice before new guests come.
