UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Relax at this beautiful, fully renovated lake side cottage. You'll have a lake view from your front patio. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants. Treck the 4 mile lake circumference. The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.

Enjoy the outdoors and take advantage of the spacious yard, fire pit, grill, patio, fully enclosed porches, and open floor plan. The cottage is a mere two-minute walk to dining, tavern, shopping, cafe, and the public swimming area. Bring your boat. The public launch is only 1/2 mile down the road.

Bluebird Trails

This is a working farm with hands-on learning of organic gardening practices, market gardening, winter gardening, farmers market and CSA prep and sales, as well as sheep husbandry, including assisting with lamb births and herding. Other hands-on learning experiences include sourdough bread and jam making as well as canning. You will leave with increased knowledge of sustainable agriculture, self-sufficiency and a feeling of being at one with the earth.
