Enjoy your stay at this beautifully updated condo! The unit has an upstairs loft with attached bathroom that feels like a bedroom. Downstairs has a pull-out sofa bed, a futon bed and a second full bathroom. This condo is conviently located a short walk to the Village Gondola, major bars and restaurants, and a short drive to some of Mammoth's beautiful lakes and hiking trails. With its gorgeous mountain views, quiet complex, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna your sure to relax after a day on the mountain.

The 16% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host! You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!
