Posizionato al 5° piano di una bella palazzina e dotato di ascensore dal 1° piano. Possibilità di di parcheggio gratuito sulla via e disponibilità di box privato da concordare.

Il pian terreno ha uno splendido affaccio sul lago di Pusiano, con un terrazzo dove si può pranzare, cenare, prendere il sole o godersi il panorama. Al primo piano ci sono due stanze da letto e una cabina armadio. In casa ci sono 3 bagni, di cui 2 con doccia.

Hi!My family happily decided to rent the apartment under our attic. It is a huge space, with large living room, eat-in kitchen,2 bathrooms and a tiny balcony overlooking the courtyard. We offer 2 double rooms,1 private and one on the mezzanine and a single room (double on request). We are in the city center, a pleasant area, 5 minutes from the lake and one step away from restaurants and shops.
