The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

We are within easy reach of Maidstone and the beautiful village of Bearsted where you can easily commute to either London or the coast. We have lovely old village pubs and village store within walking distance as well as a Tesco's nearby.

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.
