This is a beautiful, modern condo in the safest and most central neighborhood. You have a very private, large suite with a large bedroom, private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Also in suite, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine, but you still have access to a full kitchen. Very close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and hospitals! The main highway is right around the corner to get to Youngstown, Warren, Salem, etc. Travel nurse and med student favorite. Very safe and comfortable!

Newly built home. Tastefully appointed. We added this house to our property for the purpose of a short term rental. This is a unique home in this market. Very peaceful setting on 2 acres with 2 other separate short term rentals on the property. Less than 1 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman, Ohio. Close to the South Park Mall and numerous restaurants, bars, and entertainment. However, the property is on a semi rural road. There is not a better short term rental in this metro area.

The location is in Boardman near Canfield and Poland and Youngstown as well as easy access to Route 11 and a short drive to the Ohio and Pennsylvania Turnpike.
