Surrounded by over 200 acres for privacy and walks through the forest. There is a limited amount of solar power that can be used for lights, charging electronics and running the Starlink WiFi. This cabin is the real deal - left mostly as it was built over 100 years ago, so expect quirks and charm.

Red Door Chalet

This vibrant chalet is the quintessential country retreat, with 55 private, wooded acres. Located 6 miles (15 minutes) from Jay Peak Resort, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 comfortably. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 single beds. Full kitchen. Deck for barbecuing. The Red Door Chalet is the perfect getaway to disconnect from the technological grind. This is an older cabin with old furniture and some creaky floors. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended for winter.

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.
