Renovated original beach house on quiet cul de sac adjoining natural bush. Wake up to the sound of surf and ocean views. Stroll to idyllic Wombarra beach - 200m via road or shorter on bush track. Indoor/outdoor living - air-con and heating - 3 bedrooms (plus sofabed) and 2 new bathrooms - kitchen/dining/lounge and separate TV lounge. Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.
