In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Dit door weilanden omringde appartement is erg landelijk gelegen langs de Mergellandroute en op korte afstand van Maastricht en Valkenburg. Maastricht centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht en het Mecc zijn vanuit deze locatie middels een rechtstreekse verbinding per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,70 each a night.

The apartment is self-contained, you have your own bathroom and kitchen. The bed is XL sized and all linen and towels are provided, there is also wifi. The appartment is 38m2 and a terrace from 10m2. Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking. If you are looking for a holiday house, an overnight stop off or a Maastricht hide-away, this is the place for you! Non smokers

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Met veel aandacht en liefde hebben we de ruimte verbouwd en ingericht, zodat er een aangename verblijfsruimte is ontstaan. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om onze wellness apart bij te boeken in de middag, tussen 14.00u en 18.30u. De kosten hiervoor zijn €60.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
