It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Lynx Creek runs through the property and its 1/8 of a mile back in the forest, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Prescott. Wonderful for those who love the outdoors and a quiet rustic getaway... yet close to town if you want more. There are only four cabins in the vicinity. They sit on 20 acres of Ponderosa Pine, Oak, Juniper and Arizona Aspen that are surrounded by federal land.
