Please note tent is NOT in the “woods” it is in a mountain community with houses around, you will hear neighbor dogs and ducks🦆. The bathhouse is fully plumbed and the tent has a gas fireplace & electricity which would be hard to do in the “woods”. 😉 you will be pleasantly surprised. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.
