Easy parking off street. Owners live on site and are available most of the time. A key safe is in place if needed. 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walk as is the West beach. Moray Golf Club's 2 courses just a 4 minute walk and visiting golfers are welcome although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get home🍷

Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Sealladh Mara Portessie is a stunning coastal cottage situated directly on the seafront with spectacular views across the Moray Firth. Providing flexible accommodation for up to 8 people, the property presents couples, friends, families and those with pets a cosy and comfortable stay. Guests can appreciate the peaceful location, whilst still being close to local amenities and the numerous attractions nearby, as well as providing an excellent base for exploring further afield in Scotland.

Beautiful Seaview Townhouse

Set in the lovely town of Lossiemouth, this wee house is terrific for a relaxed time out by the sea. With a great and spacious open plan living room/ kitchen and stunning sea views from the main bedroom, our home is the perfect place for some time out, surrounded by fresh sea air and in a very comfortable and relaxed house. Our cleaning rating was affected in 2024 by cleaners who did not care for the property. We found out the job was not getting done, we have resolved this issue 😊
