This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

This is the 1st floor apartment of this house. Its a 2 bedroom and 1 bath duplex with a separate entrance from the upstairs. The house is located walking distance to the Ocean or the Bay. 4 Beach Badges will be provided for the summer season. There is a ramp leading into the back of the home helping with access but the home is not fully wheelchair accessible. Feel free to ask for more details or with any questions.
