The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.
