Tinning house was built in 1893 by Miss Jesse Talfore, a local school teacher in Lompoc. Floors are original 130 year old Douglas Fir have been refinished & sealed.

Brick BBQ with oak wood. Quiet neighborhood and great place to see and feel the local launches! We love welcoming all types of guests, but please note that our space is not specifically set up for young children. The home is not child-proofed and may be more comfortable for adults or older kids.

Jersey Joy Cottage Farm Stay

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.
