HOLIDAY HOME "MARIJANA"

Our house is located in the small fishing village of Ližnjan, in southern Istria, Croatia. The house is 1 km away from the nearest beach, which is suitable for small children. Within a 3 km radius, there are many wild beaches, either rocky or pebbly, with crystal-clear sea. You can reach these wild beaches by car via a stone road or on foot if you prefer. The house is approximately 9 km from the larger city of Pula, where you can visit numerous historical and other attractions.

It’s all about the village – a charming, tranquil place surrounded by endless olive groves and sun-drenched meadows. Here, you’ll find peace and elegance in our stylish, newly built villa from 2019. And for those who prefer a bit of shade, there’s a majestic oak tree nearby – your perfect retreat from the midday sun.
