Our 200 year old spacious one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The modern bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

The River Sett meanders from the reservoir at the foot of Kinder Scout, through the village passing the cricket pitch, church and village hall.

The property is a fully refurbished 19th century former mill worker's cottage. Ideal for couples, families, or a small group of friends. There are lovely walks in the beautiful Peak District countryside, right from the front door. A local pub just up the road, and for the little ones, there's a children's play park opposite the cottage.

Located just outside the centre, our cottage is ideally located for walking in the Peak District National Park and enjoying the fantastic pubs, cafes and restaurants in the village. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in this stylish, fully equipped home, including a fully enclosed courtyard where you can eat, drink and relax.

Primrose Cottage in the Peak District

Primrose Cottage is a spacious and comfortable one bedroomed cottage set adjacent to the owners property. Accommodation is split level with a couple of steps separating the bedroom and living area from the fully equipped dining kitchen. A modern shower room with complementary toiletries complete the space. Guests can access the cottage either from the shared courtyard or the private garden area. There is off street parking and wifi at the property.

Self contained annexe

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
