Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. The cozy main level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower entertainment space is stocked with games, shuffleboard, air hockey and wet bar! Comfy queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the basement. Full sized kitchen with pots/pans, coffee bar and dishwasher! On-sight washer and dryer are also available. Nice fenced in backyard with deck and fire pit! Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Located right in the heart of Cedar Rapids, and two blocks away from the Kernels Veterans Memorial Stadium and the Roughriders IMON Ice Arena!
