The Hut at The Stables is close to the historic city of Lincoln with its many amazing attractions. It has access to the fabulous countryside with the city of Lincoln and the famous Lincolnshire Wolds nearby and the many local links to military aviation. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The village has a bus stop with links to Lincoln and Woodhall Spa and there are many pubs & restaurants in the local area. The Hut offers total privacy as it is a self contained annex to the main house.

Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

The Dog House Annexe

Ramp access, wide doorways and walk in shower for those less able Quiet, rural position yet just off a main route. Ideal for visiting Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore or Frampton Marsh nature reserves or a walk along the sea bank. Boston 8 miles, Skegness 12 miles. Pub at the end of the lane serving tasty food. Old Leake village has Co-Op (+electric car charging point), PO, fish & chip sho, Sweet V’s cafe, church. Wrangle has pub, Indian & pizza takeaway, Costcutter, farm shop. 2 Dogs welcome

Boasting a bedroom with four poster bed and freestanding bath leading into an ensuite with walk in shower. It has a well equiped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge with a leather sofa. Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. Dibley Lodge is well situated for travelling and exploring local villages and towns in Lincolnshire.

The Old Cart Lodge is situated just a short distance from historic Woodhall Spa in the picturesque county of Lincolnshire. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan living room, king size bedroom with en-suite. Outside there is parking available and a private garden with seating areas. This holiday accommodation is perfect for both long and short stays.

You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

Close to the Al (Boundary Mill, Arena UK exit) making it perfect for breaking a long journey whilst also being equipped for mini breaks and holidays. Semi-rural setting on the edge of a village. Private off-road parking with your own access point to the rooms via our adjacent field. Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Cozy cottage near Lincoln and Showground

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

A light and airy maisonette, Haddon Croft features a mezzanine level bedroom with super comfy king size bed and gorgeous cotton sheets, wardrobe and dressing table, large living and dining room, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently located down a quite rural lane, between Newark and Lincoln, just off the A1133 road which provides easy access to the A46, A57 and A1.
