The spaces include a well-appointed kitchen, warm and inviting living area which has a sleeper couch to accommodate an additional guest - great for a friends retreat. The guest area is private. It has a queen bedroom with ensuite, its own entrance, veranda and outside space. There is a private lounge for exclusive guest use overlooking the garden with fridge/tea/coffee etc. It is nestled in the foothills of the pretty suburb of Cashmere, on excellent bus routes, but close enough to walk into the city if you wish. There are beautiful riverside walks to cafes and bars close by. The garden is stunning with fantails, silvereyes and bellbirds as regular visitors.
