Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

Midcoast Maine at its finest! Enjoy this architectural home with natural light pouring over cherry wood interiors. Gaze out on Little Moxie Cove, with views to Louds, Bar, and Haddock Islands. Peace & privacy are yours, yet you are minutes to Round Pond village, and close to Damariscotta and Pemaquid. A rocky beach for swimming, and sauna for relaxation. Hot tub is available for use, at an extra charge of $500 per week. The Lodge is perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. Master bedroom-Queen Second bedroom- Full/Double Living room -large sectional Queen air mattress Possible sleep 8 The address is 34 Homestead Rd , but this app has it as fire road - it is the same ! I do have a business down in basement -hair salon- not typically an issue ( I try not to be open when I have guests)

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
