Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Holiday fun and King Tides Jan 1st-4th! Enjoy the cozy fireplace and enjoy the uncrowded season at Olivia Beach, a custom built New England style community with hot tub, wifi and full kitchen. Step out the back door to the hot tub and a pathway leading to a family park with swings, picnic area and 5 minute walk to beach. Living room has smart TV and surround sound. The carriage house above the garage is a bonus room perfect for the kids or the whole family to enjoy traditional board games!

Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.
